Two blogs in two days... that's pretty impressive... seeing how active I've been on this thing.
But yeah... let me just start off with my curry dinner I just made is awesome! At the last second... I decided to just throw in some karage into the mix... and... it's... UH-mazing!
Karage makes everything much better... that and Nutella!
Speaking of Nutella... I haven't thrown away the container Rach brought me... guess it's my way of thinking that I still have Nutella... ::shrugs::
Anyway... I actually had a point in this entry... though I apparently went off on a tangent...
So, first day back after summer vacation.
It was great seeing my students and teachers again... and, yeah... that's about it.
The rest of the day was a big waste. I just sat... and did absolutely nothing. I have no classes this week... well, except for a first grade class on Friday... but, that kind of almost doesn't count... and I wouldn't be surprised if it gets cancelled.
Kids and school is prepping for their "Sports" Day... though, I use the term lightly since I've been told from other friends who've taught at elementary before that it's not the same spectacle that you see in JH and HS... and in the anime. That's very disappointing since I guess without any JH's anymore... I can't really experience a full-fledged Sports Day... I was looking forward to being able to participate too.
Oh well... instead the kids are practicing dance routines... which, I heard pretty much sum up elementary schools' "Sports" Day. Should still be interesting regardless though. I wonder if I can get away with taking some pictures... we'll see... heh heh...
But, with the school busy setting up and prepping... there's really no need for me in school at all. No English classes are taking place... so, I just sit and take up space and use up oxygen. Oh, I also eat lunch... while still doing nothing. I feel so useless... and I hate just sitting doing absolutely nothing.
I get bored... which means I then get sleepy... and I hate having to fight dozing off. I think I'm just going to invest in some mangas and get some Japanese practice. I have my eye on Keroro Gunso... especially since friggin' YouTube took the anime off... ::grumble grumble::
Oh well... at least tomorrow I won't have to fill that much time up. I have a Kindergarten and then I have a meeting at 2pm. I'm going to prolong my stay at the Kindergarten as much as possible... then get to school... fill like an hour... eat lunch... then head to my meeting. So, let me figure out how to fill up like an hour or two.
Perhaps... hmmm... perhaps I can get away with sneaking to a bookstore and buying the first book of the Keroro Gunso manga... and that way I'll take up more time and then actually have something to do... ::enter mischievous chuckle::
Anyway... yeah... guess that's all I really wanted to share... the fact that I'm back at work... though it's pointless since I'm not actually doing anything.
At least I got some brownie points for volunteering to help set up tents with the teachers... even though mostly... I did it just to give me something to do and make time fly... not really because I was hard set on helping... heh heh.
And, it did work out... time flew and then it was almost time to leave. I also partook in a small special meeting with a few teachers... I had no idea what was being mentioned... but, I eventually figured out we were planning an enkai for after the "Sports" Day. Though I don't know what's going on... and they didn't really give me a specific job... it's nice to be included... heh heh...
Anyway... that's all... laterness!

So what kind of 'dances' are they? I always here about these 'dances' and I expect something Jazz-ish.. then i realize it's Japan and they turn out to be some fan dance with slow movement that make me wanna fall asleep. Have you tried looking up your Frog Anime in Veoh?
Good Luck with the classes.
BTW: Dancing in sport. Well more of an art that's sporty...but not that fan stuff, that doesn't count as anything.
