Last One For May

Such a beautiful day today.

Just sitting on the computer at school while I waste time on my inactive day with potentially only one class.

I wish I wasn't sick... because this is just too beautiful a day to not be in a 100% tip-top condition.

Problem is... I know it won't be too long before the excruciatingly unbearable heat comes.

I give it by the end of next week... just wait and see... like most things in Japan... the temperature and seasonal change is on time.

So, today marks the last day of May. How quickly this year passes us by... and why is that so?

Must be because I'm actually at a point where I'm enjoying everyday and taking it all in... it seems time and life zooms past us in these kind of times.

Kind of bittersweet really. Yeah this means my life is great... but, it also means that my Japanese experience will quickly come to an end.

Don't get excited... I'm still not sure of when this life in Japan will end... but, if you think about it... the faster it passes me by.. the faster the end will come... whenever that might be.

What should I do? Stay for another year... or return after this contract?

This is the same question that I thought about day in and day out about this time a year ago. And once again... I can think about it all I want, but I won't know the answer until that time comes closer.

I hate not knowing what to do or what will happen. I just want to know already so I can prepare... heh heh...

I know I'm not much of a preparer... but, this is something that I really do need to prepare for.
