Oh man... the principal just gave me the best compliment ever. We were talking about my remaining schedule since the school year in Japan ends in March. So... he said I was only here for 3 more weeks. Then, he wanted to know if I'd return... I told him as of now... I am staying in ofunato, but... haven't been told whether they are putting me back in the school. I told him that I hoped they would since I like this school and the teachers. He then said... in English to boot:

"I met many ALT... foreign teachers... but I think you the most wonderful person. Best! I really do think."

Man... how great today has been! Stupidness in conversations followed by the best compliment.
